Helipad Solar Lighting

Helipads are often located in places that are hard-to-reach, also away from electric power grids. They are usually temporary, created for a one, interim reason. In all these cases, using electric lighting would be not only uneconomic but also impractical, sometimes even impossible.

Therefore, solar lighting is known to be extremely useful in such cases. Of course, primarily because it doesn’t require electricity. One thing should be mentioned at this point. It seems that solar panels work out only in places with high insolation. It is only partially true – such places are optimal for solar lighting. However, technological development enabled solar batteries to charge even during cloudy weather. A hybrid lighting provides additional security measures. Besides solar power charging, it is also equipped with a battery and can also be charged with an electric power grid.
